1. Definitions

• “User” / “You” refers to any individual accessing or using the platform.
• “Services” refers to mock tests, practice materials, analytics, and related offerings.
• “Content” refers to all materials including questions, audio, text, graphics, and software.

2. Scope of Services

IELTS Pro BD provides digital IELTS preparation services, including but not limited to:

• IELTS Mock Tests
• Real exam-based practice questions
• Performance tracking and analytics tools
• Answer explanations and feedback
• Updates, suggestions, and preparation resources

All services are provided for educational purposes only.

3. Eligibility & Acceptance

By using the platform, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and lawful.

4. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree that:

• All registration information must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You will not share your account with any third party.
• You will notify us immediately in case of unauthorised access or security breach.

IELTS Pro BD reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation.

5. Payment, Pricing & Refund Policy

• All fees are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.
• Payments must be made through authorised payment gateways.
• Access to premium content will only be granted after successful payment confirmation.

Refund Policy

• All payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Refunds will only be issued where required under applicable law.
• No refunds will be provided for unused services or partial usage.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the platform responsibly and ethically. You must NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content.
• Share test materials with others (free or paid).
• Use bots, automation tools, or scraping methods.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the platform.
• Engage in cheating during mock tests.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, or legal action (if applicable).

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to the platform are owned by IELTS Pro BD, including:

• Test questions and answers
• Audio recordings
• Website design and branding
• Logos, graphics, and content

You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence for personal use only.

8. Test Integrity & Fair Usage

To maintain a realistic testing environment: users must attempt mock tests independently; screen recording, sharing, or publishing test content is prohibited; repeated suspicious activity may lead to account review or suspension.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

IELTS Pro BD does not guarantee any specific IELTS band score. Your success depends on your individual effort, consistency, and preparation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IELTS Pro BD shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, loss of data or performance, technical interruptions, or financial or academic consequences.

11. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party services such as payment gateways (bKash, Nagad, etc.), analytics tools, and hosting services. We are not responsible for the policies or actions of these third parties.

12. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts, restrict access to services, or remove content. This may occur without prior notice if Terms are violated.

13. Amendments & Updates

• We may revise these Terms at any time.
• Updated Terms will be published on this page.
• Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of changes.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
